For questions about specific products, pickup logistics, or your order at a particular farm, please contact your farm directly. Your farm’s contact information is available inside your app.
Account & sign-in
- How do I sign in?
- Use the email and password you set up when you registered. If you signed up at a farm event with just your phone number, tap “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen and we’ll send you a link to set one.
- I forgot my password.
- Tap “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen. We’ll email you a link to reset it. If the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
- How do I update my name, email, or phone number?
- Open the app, tap your profile, and edit any field. Changes save immediately.
- How do I delete my account?
- Email contact@acretrail.com from the address on your account and we’ll delete it within 30 days. Order history may be retained where required by law.
Orders & deliveries
- How do I place an order?
- Open the app, tap an upcoming delivery date, choose your pickup location, add products to your order, and confirm. You can come back and edit your order any time before the window locks.
- How do I change my order, delivery date, or pickup location?
- Tap your order and edit it before the delivery window locks. After the window locks, contact your farm directly to request changes.
- When do delivery windows lock?
- Each farm sets its own cutoff before the delivery date. You’ll see the lock time on the delivery window in your app.
- How do I cancel an order?
- Open the order before the delivery window locks and tap Cancel. After lock, contact your farm directly.
Notifications
- I’m not getting notifications.
- Open your profile in the app and check that push, email, or SMS notifications are turned on. Also check your phone’s system notification settings for the app.
- How do I opt out of SMS messages?
- Reply STOP to any message, or turn off SMS notifications in your profile in the app.
About AcreTrail apps
- Why does each farm have its own app?
- AcreTrail is the platform behind each farm’s ordering app. Every farm has its own branded app so you see only the products, schedule, and pickup locations relevant to that farm.
- I have the wrong farm’s app.
- Each farm sends a download link to its customers. If you’re unsure which app is right for you, contact your farm directly and they’ll point you to the right one.
- I want to use AcreTrail for my own farm.
