- Account information: Your name, email address, phone number, and password when you create an account.
- Order information: Products you order, quantities, delivery dates, and pickup locations.
- Payment information: Payment details are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
- Communication preferences: Your notification preferences, including whether you opt in to receive SMS messages, push notifications, or email notifications.
- Device information: Device type, operating system, and push notification tokens when you use our mobile app.
- Usage data: Basic analytics about how you interact with the Service, such as pages visited and features used.

- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.

- With your farm: The farm you order from can see your name, contact information, and order details to fulfill your orders.
- Service providers: We use trusted third-party services (such as Stripe for payments, Twilio for SMS, and Firebase for hosting and authentication) that process data on our behalf to operate the Service. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection obligations.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), authentication is managed through Firebase Authentication, and payment processing is handled by Stripe’s PCI-compliant infrastructure.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or legitimate business purposes.
7. Your Choices
- Notification preferences: You can manage your email, push, and SMS notification preferences in your customer profile within the app.
- SMS opt-out: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or by updating your notification preferences in the app.
- Account deletion: You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at contact@acretrail.com.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly.
